House of 125 m² located in Neyron where you will find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious living room with a 6/8-seat table (extendable to 12 seats), a 6-seat sofa, a large TV and a foosball table. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower. Outside: large heated pool, outdoor table for 8 to 12 people, barbecue, seating area, darts and trampoline

House located in the municipality of Neyron. The municipality is very calm and the neighborhood is discreet. You will be close to motorway access (without noise disturbances) and you will reach the city center of Lyon in 15 minutes. Bus 5 minutes away. Train station 5 minutes away.
